Refund policy

Wax may be returned by licensed professionals (Cosmetology or Esthetician) only if the packaging has been unopened and unused within 12 days of the purchase (not the delivery). The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. 

When requesting a return, please email us at PacificWaxCompany@gmail.com and provide your order number along with your state issued license number (Cosmetology and/or Esthetician). No returns are accepted without professional licensing information.
