Shipping policy

Please ensure you have entered your delivery address correctly. Packages that are returned due to insufficient address, package refusal, or are non-deliverable will result in the customer being invoiced to pay a new shipping fee to resend the package. No refunds will be issued for refusal to pay the additional shipping charge. 

Package processing: Please allow up to 3 days for your item(3) to be packed and shipped. All orders are packed in the order they are received, unless the buyer purchases an overnight shipping option. Once a package has been shipped and in the hands of the selected carrier, Pacific Wax Company is no longer responsible for the package(s). If a package(s) has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier to request replacement. If the package is delayed by the carrier, please contact the carrier. Pacific Wax Company is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or damaged packages.
